Rental Software Antitrust Litigation (II) preliminarily approved 26 settlements with 27 defendants providing $141,800,000 in monetary relief plus cooperation and injunctive relief. The preliminarily certified class covers U.S. persons and entities who paid rent on at least one multifamily lease directly to any Owner, Managing Defendant, or Owner‑Operator using RealPage’s Revenue Management Solutions (pricing or lease‑renewal staggering) or their divisions/affiliates during the class period (broadest: Oct. 18, 2018–Nov. 21, 2025).
