Hagens Berman has filed a nationwide class-action against 26 nuclear power companies and two consulting firms that together produce all nuclear-generated electricity sold to consumers in the U.S. The complaint alleges the defendants engaged in a coordinated, multi-faceted wage-fixing conspiracy to align, fix, and suppress compensation for nuclear power workers nationwide. The lawsuit asserts antitrust claims, alleging the defendants used their industry dominance over the past two decades to unlawfully avoid “paying higher-than-necessary-compensation” to thousands of employees.
