A class-action settlement has been reached with Team Group, Inc. regarding allegations that certain DDR3, DDR4, and DDR5 DRAM products were marketed with misleading speed claims. Class members are individuals who purchased one or more Team Group DDR3, DDR4, or DDR5 memory products while residing in the United States between May 3, 2020 and April 8, 2026.
