Hagens Berman brought a class action for homebuyers who used Zillow’s listing-page buttons to schedule tours or contact agents and who were represented in their purchase by Zillow-affiliated agents; some plaintiffs financed purchases through Zillow Home Loans. The complaint alleges Zillow may have harmed buyers and increased costs, and accuses Zillow and other real estate firms of violating RICO, RESPA, and state consumer-protection laws via deceptive policies and practices.
