Hagens Berman has filed a class-action suit on behalf of hundreds of millions of OnlyFans users (Fans) against OnlyFans. The complaint alleges Fans are led to believe they are having authentic, personal conversations with creators when they are actually interacting with paid “chatters” impersonating creators to induce further spending. It also accuses OnlyFans and third-party management agencies of widespread privacy breaches, including unauthorized distribution of intimate messages, photos, and videos.
