Hagens Berman filed suit alleging a defect in 2016–2019 Nissan Titan XD diesel trucks that can cause the engine to shut off unexpectedly while driving and may lead to engine failure. The complaint links the defect to over 432,000 trucks equipped with a Bosch CP4 fuel pump and a Cummins diesel engine, and alleges catastrophic engine failure can occur as early as mile one.
