Catalent, a global contract manufacturer of drug delivery products, was sued for allegedly misstating certain manufacturing operations and its financial and accounting controls, which plaintiffs contend distorted the company’s securities until partial disclosures revealed the alleged truth. MPERS and SEB were appointed Lead Plaintiffs with Labaton and Kessler Topaz as Co‑Lead Counsel. An amended complaint asserted claims under Section 10(b)/Rule 10b‑5 and Section 20(a). The Court partially granted and partially denied defendants’ motion to dismiss. Substantial discovery followed: by October 2025 defendants produced about 377,500 documents, plaintiffs about 1,000, and third parties about 57,400. The parties mediated in November 2025, accepted the mediator’s proposal, and executed a Stipulation in December 2025.
