Fanatics resolved a class action alleging it imposed handling fees despite advertising free or flat-rate shipping. The settlement covers customers who paid a handling fee on specified Fanatics websites from May 6, 2018 through March 30, 2026 (eligible sites listed on the settlement website). Plaintiffs assert the fees violated Florida law. Fanatics, an online sports apparel retailer, denied liability but agreed to an undisclosed payment. Qualifying class members may claim two $5 vouchers for use on Fanatics.com with no minimum. Requests to exclude or object and claim forms are due Aug. 27, 2026; the final approval hearing is set for Sept. 16, 2026.
