On Nov. 16, 2022, Lieff Cabraser and co‑counsel filed NLRA unfair‑labor‑practice charges on behalf of eight former SpaceX employees, alleging they were unlawfully discharged for protected concerted activity. The employees allegedly joined an internal letter to executives criticizing sexual‑harassment allegations against CEO Elon Musk and his damaging Twitter conduct, and urging condemnation, leadership accountability, and enforcement of the “No Asshole” policy. Five were fired the next day and four more within two months. Two plaintiffs, Tom Moline and Paige Holland‑Thielen, filed individually; six others proceed anonymously.
