Kathryn G. Collier and Benjamin M. Seitz brought suit against the Defendant on their own behalf and for a proposed class, claiming that from October 14, 2014 to October 14, 2016 the Defendant printed credit and debit card expiration dates on electronically generated paper receipts given to cardholders at Dayton International Airport, in violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681c(g)(1)). The Defendant denies all allegations of illegal conduct, wrongdoing, or liability, notes that no tribunal has adjudicated liability, and disputes that class members are entitled to relief or that the case is appropriate for class treatment except solely for settlement purposes.
